FC CASCADE FALL HIGH SCHOOL

Q & A

*WHERE ARE GAMES LOCATED?

All games will take place at Three Sisters School located at 21155 Tumalo Rd., Bend, Oregon 97703

*WHAT TEAM AM I ON?

All players who registered individually, should already have been contacted personally to let them know which team they have been assigned to. Any players who were submitted to us on the roster of a pre-formed team are still on that same team roster. If you are an individual registrant but do not know your team placement, please contact us right away at [email protected]

*HOW LONG ARE THE GAMES?

Games are made up of (two) 25-halves with a 5-minute half-time for a total of 55 minutes. There will only be a 5-minute turnover time before the next game begins, so players will need to exit the field right away at the conclusion of their game.

*WHAT SHOULD WE DO ABOUT UNIFORMS?

Each team can decide on their own how they want to coordinate. Simply all wearing the same color is fine and/or we will have pinnies available for use. Pinnies will only be used for one team and then will be put away to be washed. Please make sure you have asked your Coach/Team Manager/Team Rep what the plan is for this.

*WHAT ABOUT PRACTICES?

Practices are optional, left up to the discretion of each team and are completely independent of the FC Cascade Fall High School League program. Coaches/Team Managers/ Player Reps should make sure to connect with all their team members to go over this and any other team specific information.

*WILL THERE BE CONCESSIONS?

Yes! Concessions will be available from 4pm to 7pm each game night.

*AM I ALLOWED TO BRING MY DOG TO THE FIELDS?

NO! The school has a strict no pets policy. We do not want to see any animals left in hot vehicles so please make sure to leave your precious pets at home where they will be comfortable.

*WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

Parking is limited at our fields. Parking is not allowed in the circular drop-off area and there is absolutely NO PARKING on the grass. Whenever possible, players and their family members should ride together.

*IS THERE A SPECTATOR LIMIT?

Due to COVID-19, we are asking that players limit their spectators to a couple of family members only. FC Cascade MAY limit spectators and check cars entering the lot.

*DO WE CHECK IN BEFORE EACH GAME?

Yes. A team representative will need to pick up their game card before each game. Field Marshalls will collect game cards after each match.

All players should take their temp before arriving at the field and report this to their Coach/Manager/Team Rep to be recorded on the game card. Each player will also need to verbally express to their Coach/Manager/Team Rep that he/she has not experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the 72 hours leading up to game time or been exposed to anyone with a confirmed case of COVID-19. The Coach/Manager/Team Rep will check mark each player as having verbally expressed compliance with these COVID-19 pre-game health questions. We will have thermometers at the check-in table if a player was unable to take their temp before arriving at the field.

*WHAT ARE THE MASK REQUIREMENTS?

NO MASK, NO PLAY!  FC Cascade is following all Oregon State Laws in relation to COVID-19. Masks must be worn at all times by all persons at our fields unless a minimum distance of 6ft can be maintained from anyone outside of their household.

“On July 15, 2020, OHA issued Statewide Mask, Face Shield, Face Covering Guidance, requiring businesses and a person responsible for indoor and outdoor spaces open to the public to require employees, customers and visitors to wear a mask, face shield, or face covering, and requiring individuals to wear masks, face shields or face covering when at businesses or indoor or outdoor spaces open to the public with specified exceptions”

Players not wearing masks during the game will result in the match being stopped (on a running clock) until all players again have their masks on. Players continuously violating the mask policy will be asked to leave the premises. Spectators who are not in compliance with mask laws will also be asked to leave the premises. Players and spectators who have been asked to leave for non-compliance of mask laws are welcome to return once they are following all State of Oregon mask laws.
