All Player fees will have the option of a payment plan. Please note that payment plans are subject to monthly installment fees as well as minimal service fees.
All Players will register through the website and be able to make payments through there portal on the website. Players will need to provide a birth certificate, driver's license or passport for proof of age. We will need a clear head-shot photo of player for their player card. Before registration can be completed, all required documentation must be uploaded to your player account or emailed to [email protected] .
